Thailand imposes alcohol ban during Bangkok and Pattaya local elections
Thailand's Election Commission has imposed a nationwide alcohol ban across Bangkok and Pattaya during local elections on June 27–28, with violators facing up to six months' imprisonment or fines of 10,000 baht.
