Thai Court Acquits Actress Pinky in Landmark Forex-3D Fraud Case, Convicts Five Others
A Thai criminal court has cleared actress Savika "Pinky" Chaiyadej, her mother and brother in the sprawling Forex-3D investment fraud case, while sentencing five other defendants to combined nominal prison terms of 49,110 years and ordering 4.911 billion baht in restitution.
