Shanghai Man Jailed for Defrauding Friends of US$103,000 in Elaborate Property Scam
A Shanghai resident with a history of fraud was sentenced to over 10 years in prison for deceiving longtime friends out of more than US$103,000 by illegally changing locks on a vacant flat and selling it as his own property.
