Singapore Father Charged With Child Abuse After Alleged Assault and Disturbing Instructions to Son
A 40-year-old Singapore father has been charged with two counts of child ill-treatment following allegations that he assaulted his eight-year-old daughter at Changi Airport and instructed his 10-year-old son to strip naked in their HDB flat.
