Private Hospital Charges Blamed for Rising Health Insurance Premiums, Says PAC
Malaysia's Public Accounts Committee has identified unregulated non-professional charges at private hospitals as the primary culprit behind rising health insurance premiums, rather than regulated doctor fees. The committee has submitted 17 recommendations to address the issue.
