Those Under Investigation Cannot Be Presumed Guilty, Says Asyraf
Umno secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki has emphasised that those detained for investigation purposes should not face treatment as guilty parties until formally convicted in court proceedings.
