MNRB to Divest Takaful IKHLAS Units to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64 Billion
MNRB Holdings has agreed to sell its complete ownership interests in Takaful Ikhlas Family and Takaful Ikhlas General to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64 billion in an all-cash transaction, subject to regulatory approvals.
