Woman Charged Over RM1.7 Million Kootu Tontine Scam in Kedah
A 36-year-old woman arrested in Jitra, Kedah, is set to be charged at Alor Star Sessions Court over a fraudulent kootu tontine scheme that defrauded participants of approximately RM1.7 million.
