Anwar: Bumiputera Entrepreneurship Needs Mentorship, Not Top-Down Policy
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has rejected top-down approaches to developing Bumiputera entrepreneurs, advocating instead for experienced business leaders to mentor newcomers. The government launched SParK 2026, targeting RM2.25 billion in financing approvals through 2030.
