Speed Testing On Public Roads Now Criminal Offence, Deputy Minister Warns
Malaysia's parliament has passed the Road Transport (Amendment) Bill 2026, making speed testing on public roads a criminal offence. Offenders face fines between RM2,000 and RM10,000 or up to two years imprisonment.
