Dewan Rakyat Passes Bill To Strengthen MyCC Role, Competition Law Enforcement
Parliament has approved the Competition Commission (Amendment) Bill 2026, granting the Malaysia Competition Commission expanded powers to investigate cartels, conduct market reviews, and impose financial penalties on businesses violating competition law.
