ASEAN Must Unite on Energy Security, Says MIDA Chief Tengku Zafrul
MIDA chairman Tengku Zafrul has called for stronger ASEAN cooperation to address a US$200 billion annual energy investment gap needed through 2030, proposing a regional power grid, joint investment facility, and emergency protocols.
