Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Conferred Datuk Seri Title in Penang Honours Ceremony
Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil will be honoured with the Datuk Seri title as the sole recipient of the highest individual state honour in Penang this year, leading 1,221 total recipients during the Governor's 85th birthday celebrations.
