Greece Mobilises Thousands as Major Wildfires Threaten Athens Region
Greece deployed over 500 firefighters including international crews to combat a rapidly advancing wildfire west of Athens on Sunday. The flames have destroyed approximately 10,000 hectares and are now threatening the city of Megara.
