Government Invests RM10 Million in Fishermen Housing, Pivots Sector Toward Aquaculture
The Malaysian government has committed RM10 million this year to repair existing homes and construct new houses for eligible fishermen nationwide, whilst simultaneously pushing the sector toward sustainable aquaculture as conventional fishing faces resource constraints.
