Malaysian Held at Singapore Border with 700 Cartons of Contraband Cigarettes
Singapore customs officials arrested a Malaysian national at Woodlands Checkpoint after discovering more than 700 cartons of duty-unpaid cigarettes concealed in his vehicle during routine inspection procedures.
