Selangor Accelerates Haj Assistance Payouts, 4,800 Pilgrims Receive RM1,500 Incentive
Selangor has disbursed haj preparation assistance to 4,800 of 6,000 eligible pilgrims, with completion targeted for September. The state government plans to increase the RM1,500 incentive to RM2,000 by 2027 or 2028, subject to financial capacity.
