Myanmar Leader to Visit Bangkok for Talks with Thai PM as ASEAN Seeks Reintegration Path
Myanmar's leader Min Aung Hlaing will meet Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul in Bangkok on August 6-7. Thailand is spearheading efforts to bring Myanmar back into ASEAN's mainstream despite the junta's exclusion from major meetings since the 2021 coup.
