Malaysia Advances Competition Law Reforms to Strengthen Market Oversight
Malaysia's parliament has received two competition law amendment bills that would expand the Malaysia Competition Commission's investigative powers, extend competition oversight to all economic activities, and strengthen enforcement mechanisms against misconduct.
