Seoul hit by deluge as heavy rains flood homes and force national park closures
Heavy overnight rainfall across Seoul and eastern Gangwon Province has inundated hundreds of homes and roads, prompted evacuation of nearly 100 people, and forced the shutdown of major tourist attractions including 10 national parks.
