Sabah Targets 45% Non-Revenue Water Rate by 2030 as Losses Hit 59.6%
Sabah plans to halve its water losses from 59.6 per cent to 45 per cent by 2030, with multi-district initiatives including pipeline upgrades and active leak detection funded through the 13th Malaysia Plan.
