High Court slashes Edmund Chen's jail term to one day in motorcyclist accident case
Singapore's High Court has reduced former actor Edmund Chen's jail sentence from five days to one day for a traffic accident that injured a motorcyclist. Justice Hri Kumar Nair ruled the original penalty manifestly excessive.
