KEMAS To Establish Special Needs Kindergartens In Every District By 2027
The Community Development Department plans to expand its special needs kindergarten programme from 19 to 151 classes nationwide, ensuring every district has at least one facility by 2027 while maintaining affordable fees of RM100 monthly.
