Malaysia's Higher Education Minister Pays Respects at Qatar's State Mourning
Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir will represent Malaysia at official mourning ceremonies in Qatar from July 13-14, following the death of the former Amir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
