Vietnam Expands Digital ID Access to Foreign Residents Under New Government Decree
Vietnam has issued a new government decree enabling foreign nationals lawfully present in the country to obtain electronic identification accounts at all levels, while expanding the types of documents that can be integrated into the national digital system.
