Japanese Man Arrested for Confining Young Stepdaughter in Garbage Can
Police in Japan's Mie Prefecture have arrested a 35-year-old man accused of placing his partner's five-year-old daughter in a garbage can and shutting the lid as a disciplinary measure. The child remained confined for approximately five minutes.
