Umno is not a 'family party', says Akmal in response to Puad
Umno Youth chief Datuk Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh has rejected characterisations of the party as practising family politics, emphasising that candidate selection is merit-based rather than privileging relatives of prominent figures.
